Chow Down is a great gourmet find for breakfast. Small place (10 tables), small menu. Their unique signature dish, prime beef hash with bacon & eggs on top, is truly extraordinary! They have fancy dinners on Friday evenings as well.
Owned and run by Bill Chow, an outstanding chef who runs the kitchen on Princess Cruise Line tours, gives cooking classes, is on KQED TV, and does catering for small or large groups up to 800.
Open weekends only (Fri 6 pm-9 pm, Sat 8 am-12:30 pm, Sun 9 am-12:30 pm).
