The museum will open in this new location on 1/31/16.  See details on the 4-day Grand Opening 1/28/16-1/31/16 ending with a FREE public open house on Sunday 1/31/16.  It is just a block away from the Downtown Berkeley BART station in the heart of Berkeley Arts District which includes the Berkeley Repertory Theator, Aurora Theater and Freight and Salvage Coffeehouse.

The Pacific Film Archive (PFA) is co-located with Berkeley Art Museum (BAM) so the combination is known as BAM/PFA.

Berkeley Art Museum, 2155 Center St/Oxford St, Berkeley CA.   Just west of the UC Berkeley campus across Oxford Street and two blocks south of University Ave.

hours:  Wednesday-Sunday 11 am – 9 pm
admission:  $12.  On Free First Thursdays, the first Thursday of each month, the art exhibitions and public programs free.
