Ikes Lair of Redwood City is apparently owned by Ike’s brother, who started the great Ikes Place in the Castro district, SF, and on the Stanford Campus. Sandwiches run about $8-10 but there is a reason for the long lunch lines … Ikes Lair & Ikes Place make some of the best sandwiches you will ever taste. Call in a pick up order way ahead if you are in a rush for lunch.
Ikes Lair is at 2655 Broadway St & El Camino. Open Mon-Sun 11am-4pm. Parking can be tough but the walk is not far if you are already in downtown Redwood City.
